Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Position Overview:

  • The Supply Chain Manager shall take responsibility of supervising overall supply chain operations for Epredia China market, including but not limited to supervise the operations and performance of master logistic partner, lead demand and supply planning, collaboration with upstream supply sites, etc.. Purpose of this position is to achieve maximized customer service level at expected cost, so as to support the continuous growth of the business.

What you will do:

Open with a strong attention-grabbing summary.

  • Manage China supply chain operations through the 3rd party Master Logistic Partner (MLP) to secure timely supply to market.

  • Monitor operational performance of MLP and drive for continuous improvement.

  • Reviewing and submitting monthly bottom up demand forecast from sales team.

  • Reviewing and approving the purchase plan proposed by MLP based on agreed process and MRP tools, so as to achieve target inventory DOS level and prevent stock shortage.

  • Lead / participate supply chain improvement projects

  • Other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Key qualifications: demand and supply planning, logistics, vendor management.

  • 8 years of planning / PSI (purchase, sales, inventory) / supply chain management experience in an international company

  • Fluent in Chinese and English (written and verbal).

  • Solid experience of using ERP/MRP. SAP user is preferred.

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, proficient data analytical skill.
