Quality Assurance Engineer.

What You'll Do:

  • Utilize risk-based and predictive statistical data analysis to spearhead product and process quality enhancements, ensuring sustainable corrective actions and preventative measures are in place.

  • Lead cross-functional quality improvement events to champion Lean Continuous Improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve quality issues throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Implement efficient and effective inspection and testing protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Manage supplier quality engineering investigations and development events, with projected travel involved.

  • Lead Practical Process Improvement activities to drive continuous product and process enhancements.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Quality Assurance preferred, or equivalent experience.

  • Extensive experience in the medical device/IVD regulated industry, with knowledge of ISO13485/FDA QSR Part 820 requirements.

  • Proficiency in complex root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

  • Strong skills in predictive statistical data analysis and Lean Continuous Improvement methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%, including UK, European, and international locations.
