Position Summary:

Join us as a Production Engineering Technician and immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of technical support and production engineering. You'll be at the forefront of problem-solving, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring our manufacturing processes are optimized for success. What you will do:

  • Provide technical support for line issues and implement creative solutions.

  • Utilize Lean techniques to identify improvement projects within manufacturing areas.

  • Dive deep into data, collating and analyzing information to support updates to processes and procedures.

  • Promote and maintain a safe environment for building, testing, and faultfinding instruments.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electronic, or Manufacturing Engineering.

  • 1 year of experience as a technician in Electromechanical Manufacturing (preferably medical but not essential).

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, including data gathering, manipulation, and conclusion drawing.

  • Possess knowledge of manufacturing techniques, including lean manufacturing and just-in-time principles.

  • Experience with 3D CAD systems, preferably Creo, is advantageous.
