Position Summary:
Join us as a Production Engineering Technician and immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of technical support and production engineering. You'll be at the forefront of problem-solving, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring our manufacturing processes are optimized for success. What you will do:
Provide technical support for line issues and implement creative solutions.
Utilize Lean techniques to identify improvement projects within manufacturing areas.
Dive deep into data, collating and analyzing information to support updates to processes and procedures.
Promote and maintain a safe environment for building, testing, and faultfinding instruments.
Qualifications/Skills:
Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electronic, or Manufacturing Engineering.
1 year of experience as a technician in Electromechanical Manufacturing (preferably medical but not essential).
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, including data gathering, manipulation, and conclusion drawing.
Possess knowledge of manufacturing techniques, including lean manufacturing and just-in-time principles.
Experience with 3D CAD systems, preferably Creo, is advantageous.
