We're seeking a dynamic Production Engineer to join our team in Runcorn, UK, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide engineering support for both new and existing products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Validate production cells to meet ISO13485 and FDA standards, ensuring top-notch quality.

  • Utilize Lean techniques to identify and lead improvement projects, enhancing our manufacturing efficiency.

  • Design assembly tools and fixtures using CAD, optimizing assembly methods for maximum efficiency.

  • Support engineering changes and product development projects, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.

  • Stay updated on the latest technology and best practices in production engineering and health & safety.

What You'll Bring:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Manufacturing Engineering, coupled with at least 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing (medical experience preferred but not essential).

  • Proven experience in a Production Engineering role, demonstrating strong project management and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in 3D CAD systems (preferably Creo), with the ability to write reports and present findings effectively.

  • A can-do attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a drive for results.
